We've partnered with Coerver UK to bring you the first in a series of lockdown fit for football sessions, designed exclusively to help you keep your speed, control, coordination, conditioning and confidence with the ball at the top of your game during this global pandemic. The perfect way to keep fit through football.
All you need to take part is a ball and a small space (and a drink of course!)
Each session is suitable for all ages and abilities - from kids to adults, grassroots to pros. Sessions are delivered using a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) method, so work hard and enjoy that rest period.
